We all know the law that says don't freeze anything twice unless it has been cooked in between. Does that law apply to cigars? I mean, What if i have to deal with a beetle infestation twice in the same humi.. We're speculating right here. Would it be dangerous for the cigars to be frozen twice?

Every cigar which comes in vicinity of my humidors has to be freeze. And freeze by me!

Habanos S.A. is saying that they are freezing cigars before shipping; distributors don’t want to have infected stock and they say that they are doing it as well. And me … well you already know.

If other two parties are doing their job (and for sure I DO NOT trust them) then all my cigars are frozen 3 times.

Many will say that this is excessive – but I never had beetle infection in 18 years … and my cigars taste great.
