Greetings from El Paso.

I started smoking cigars about 2 years ago, and have enjoyed it a lot.

One day after fishing in Mexico, my brother in-law wanted a cigar. We found a small store that had some cheap no name cigars and I purchased one as well. And so, the journey began.

It was being stored in the refrigerator along with the cold beer. It tasted terrible, burned my tongue and stayed with me for two days after I smoked it. If I had known then what I know now!

Yet even after that first less than great experience, I was intrigued by all of the nuances that are CIGARS.

In this shor time I have amassed a small fortune in cigars. From time to time I think I have a sickness.

Then, just as I begin to despair, I find a formum of like minded people and realize that I am not alone. I really look forward to conversing and learning what I can from other people with the same "affliction".

Welcome. What cigars do you enjoy to smoke now?

I gravitate towards full bodied cigars. I enjoy the larger ring size more than the small.

Where do I start. I like so many.

I really like la Flor Dominica DL700, Cain Habano 660, Oliva Serie V robusto or larger and I also enjoy several of of the A. Fuente. But I also enjoy others such as the Perdomo Lot 23 (I'll get some looks on that one I'm sure) but I think they are pretty good considering they are a 3 buck cigar. I have also had some other large carribean island cigars that were fantastic. That is the one great advantage of going fishing in the interior of Mexico.

To date I have a collection of over 400 cigars and it is still growing. The thing I lack right now is sufficient time to enjoy them more.

I love your word choices with this sentence.

Similar thing happened to me. My first obsession was with fine wine, that was where I first trained my palate and nose.

Enjoy your stay here at FOH
