Not sure if that link will work for non-Aussie members.

First time film has been publicly aired from Supreme Court murder trial proceedings. Very interesting!

Highlight for me was the prosecutor Paul Yovich doing the examination-in-chief with the victims friend, walking a tight rope getting her to say what she had to within the rules of evidence.

Cheers, enjoy your smokes

Yes I saw it dicko. Just flicked across to the channel and found I was still watching ages later. Very well done show because it avoided the crap that is so-called reality TV nowadays but told the story straight up.

The final remarks by both prosecution lawyers and defense were the best IMO as they both acknowledged that really there were no winners in this case. Ultimately it was a very sad story but well worth watching.

definitely a great show. I agree, no winners at all, and a toxic relationship to begin with.
