Charltonc Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 I smoked five of the originals and I enjoyed them, but it tasted like a non cuban cigar.
sblevit Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 The L#5 and the Piramides seem to be of the same blend while the Robustos and PCs each are different blends that are no bueno.
pocket9s Posted May 22, 2011 Posted May 22, 2011 I smoked five of the originals and I enjoyed them, but it tasted like a non cuban cigar. I've heard this from others as well. So what are everybody's thoughts who've had a Bespoke, CC or NC?
sblevit Posted May 22, 2011 Posted May 22, 2011 I've heard this from others as well. So what are everybody's thoughts who've had a Bespoke, CC or NC? They do not have the sweet smell of Cuban cigars, but they do taste Cubanesque and do not taste like any NC I have had. I lean towards them being CCs but wouldn't be shocked to find out otherwise. I do note that the vendor does not say whether they are CC or not on their website.
crazymancal Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 Def. need some age but still enjoy them now......like I said will be interesting to see how they smoke 6 months from now.....its been a while since I smoked the Lag. #5 so might order a ten pack of them to try again and see how they compare to the piramide......the piramide is very similar in taste from what I remember....
Charltonc Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 The bespoke is advertised in an American cigar magazine, I would like ot say tobacconist magazine not quite sure.
