yossie Posted September 6, 2010 Posted September 6, 2010 I don't know how many people remember I got his humidor though, I have his great one anyway. It's absolutely stunning, work of art ...but I have no longer using it , because I have a terribly big cooler. How should I do with it..?
Warren Posted September 6, 2010 Posted September 6, 2010 What ever you do treat it with great care. My signature is in there.
bob25 Posted September 6, 2010 Posted September 6, 2010 Hi Yossie, what up ? Send it over here I'll find something to do with it
toto Posted September 6, 2010 Posted September 6, 2010 See if another BOTL in FOH can use it or not. For god's sake take some photos and show it off some more on the board.
rckymtn22 Posted September 6, 2010 Posted September 6, 2010 I would store singles in SmokinAL's humidor and boxes in your big humidor. You can't hide that fine piece of work!
yossie Posted September 6, 2010 Author Posted September 6, 2010 Thank you guys. The shipping would be so expensive, when I do to overseas. So, I'm hesitating to post a trade thread.
Colt45 Posted September 6, 2010 Posted September 6, 2010 Yoss, keep it and enjoy it. As mentioned, use it for singles, or simply for display. Or you can always keep your watch in it
Colt45 Posted September 7, 2010 Posted September 7, 2010 What does this thing look like? The Humidor Tutorial Forum was initially set up to follow along as Alain (SmokinAl) hand built a humidor to be raffled off here to benefit the Cubanita Surf Team in Cuba. Al is a master craftsman who gave his time to not only build the humidor, but keep us involved by posting as he built it. Unfortunately, most of the photos are now gone - lost in the transition from the original forum to the current. Perhaps Rob, Warren or Yossie have an image or two they can post. Or Al........ Anyway, if you really are looking to move it Yoss, I'm sure any number of us would pay the freight - you can put me at the top of the list - I would treasure it.
yossie Posted September 7, 2010 Author Posted September 7, 2010 Pics are here. I took them to sell at yahoo auction.
rckymtn22 Posted September 7, 2010 Posted September 7, 2010 I, too would be very interested if you want to move it as all I have right now is 4 blue coolers!
toto Posted September 7, 2010 Posted September 7, 2010 Ah... I remember the original thread well. Yossi, don't sell it on ebay or whatever, keep it, use it. Otherwise m sure lots of BOTL on FOH will get it off your hands given a chance! I'll fly to japan to pick it up:)
Chaki Posted September 7, 2010 Posted September 7, 2010 Yossie, please, don't sell at an auction. This piece of art should remain within the Czar community. I can buy it from you as well, I am going to Tokyo in November, can you wait until then?

Colt I saw this humidor being built and even played a small part in it's construction. I would love to own a humidor like this and I can't believe that You don't want it anymore Yossie.
bob25 Posted September 7, 2010 Posted September 7, 2010 WOW,that is a real work of art! Too pricey for me,but the person who will get it is sure going to be happy.
