Had one of these a few days ago...

I just wanted to comment on the burn which was absolutely insane...

I've never seen a cigar burn quite like this one.

Didn't require relighting the first 2 thirds, but the first 2 thirds were the most wild....

it would burn down one side ( a long way ) then even itself out and it did this 2 or 3 times....

at one point in the middle it did something really weird... it seemed that a line downwards started to burn on it's own and it looked like a tear drop, before eventually evening itself out again...

anyone have similar experiences with the burning?

maybe it's just a one off....

otherwise a good smoke....

I've smoked about 5 or 6 from my SLB and haven't had any burn issues. Sounds like it was just badly rolled. What's the box code?

Maybe it was the storage situation/conditions? If the cigar was in a position such that one side of the cigar could get significantly more moisture/humidity than the other, I think what you experienced is likely a result.

interesting.... that COULD be a possibility.... i just have my cigars in an air tight tupper ware....

no beads or anything like that... thanks for the insight!
