Hola compadres,

I wanted to pass along an interesting single malt Irish whiskey that I recently discovered. The circumstances were less than ideal, buying novel bottles for my great uncle's wake, but do have a look at the Irish section next time you're in the mood for spirits. This is a lighter, hay/iodine/floral whiskey with smooth body, oak, vanilla, and a hint of something I can't put my finger on. It's a beautiful strawberry blonde. Maybe something to be had with a Davidoff or something light like that.

Anyway, on to another HDM Epicure #2 with the new patio furniture!
