bob25 Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Me and my father enjoyed the SuperClasico yesterday together. We both smoked the same cigar ANEJO 77 from early 08. English is not my mother tongue so bear with me. This cigar was great, very strong tobacco taste. A little bitter in the last third but very good in general. The only problem was it was a little bit loose,I like my cigars with a little resistance . Excellent construction ,rich intense flavors, the Anejo 77 is the The Mather of all MADURO! Very spicy and gave me a little buzz...
Ellery Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Thanks for the review, I actually have a couple of these lying around from last year. Was never in the mood to smoke them, but maybe I'll light one up this wk.
Danashan Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 Sounds like great time. I may need to burn that OpusX I've been sitting on for 3 years or so. Hopefully it lost some of its power by now
capecc Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 I have about a half dozen #77's kicking around the humidor from last year too. Those anejo's are powerhouses, nearing La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero territory. I agree with the loose draw, one of those you only need to clip a cm off the head. Cool review.
