Help with date code

Hey all,

Picked up a partial box of Hoyo Des Dieux, can anyone help me with this date code? From reading Trevor's site I think the date is Nov 1994 but what is the "FR" ? Factory code? Any help appreciated.

I believe the FR is the La Corona factory.
