  1. No it is not a filter. It is just a mouthpiece mounted on every single cigar... I have had one in my life and it was special to smoke. Somehow the smoke gets cooler by that little ride through the mouthpiece.
  2. Thanks for these insights. Now I know where to put some of my coins...
  3. As the title indicates, all input on these is appreciated. How do they smoke? Heaven or hell in the realm of RE:s?
  4. It's fascitating to see how threads can go astray... Yes, I thought it was obvious that the post was about the Partagas ?
  5. Is it just me not paying attention but I fail to find this gourgeous cigar just about anywhere. At least I haven't seen it on 24:24 for some time now.
  6. RA Double Corona. Same blend as the RASS and a large size would have me ordering a box for sure.
  7. The only difference between cyclists and other athletes is that the cyclists get caught The achievement is none the less remarkable. Hayman has never won anything major. And winning the toughest one day classic on cobble stone, mud and dirt roads is amazing.
  8. In his 15th(!) start in Hell of the North, Paris-Roubaix, Mathew Hayman (Orica Greenedge) takes a sensational win! The most prestigious one day classic goes to Australia. Hats off for this achievement.
  9. Wohoo! First win ever on FOH . But what a great prize. Thanks Rob for this generous competition. I already know the perfect time to enjoy at least one of the three sticks. My son´s graduation is coming in about two months . Ferrero - PM incoming.
  10. Getting ready for the fly fishing premiere yesterday with a HU half corona. Rainy, cold, windy. But with this the season has officially started.
  11. Punch exquisitos -98 earlier today
  12. It sure does. But I managed to get hold of him and if everything goes well I will shortly be the proud owner of a bundle. Let´s jsut hope that he realized that the bundle was too big and he decided to hide it elsewhere
  13. Thanks a lot. Message already passed on to mule. Let´s just hope he is still in Havana...
  14. Well, Smart ass comments is not what I wanted, but serious help. Can he bring a bundle of cigars through customs without proper documentation / receipts?
  15. Can anyone help me with this? I have a mule in Havana right now. Asked him to pick up a bundle of custom rolls at Conde de Villanueva. When asking for a receipt the staff refuses to give him one saying that these are not official cigars. If he buys them anyway, will he get in trouble trying to take them out of the country without a receipt? Any help appreciated.
  16. Thanks for the input guys. I think I will away from these.
  17. Is hoping for some help on these. They are not high end but coronations, decent everyday cigars IMHO. I am just hoping someone can shed a little light on wether to aviod or buy.
  18. Half a box of RA belvederes that are plugged and rock hard. Don´t know why I keep them because I will never be able to smoke them.
  19. Managed to get a quick smoke before festivities begun. No one else smoking cigars so this was it for NYE.
  20. I do not keep track of my cigars. I enjoy being "surprised" by finding something o totally forgot about in my locker. But one app that is pretty cool is Cigar Rings gauge guide. Do not know if it is for iPhone only or for Andriod aswell. If, for instance, you are given a cigar you can measure the RG manually by placing it on the screen and matching it with you thumb and then find out what RG it is. Also a good way of measuring dodgy cigars.
  21. A man can´t have too many knives
  22. Will be taking the family to Tenerife for a well earned holiday in a month. I have been prowling the internet without any luck looking for B&M:s and / or cigar freindly places. I was wondering if any member here can direct me. I am hoping to pick up some Spanish RE:s, but do not know where to look. We will be staying in the southern part of the island at Playa de Las Americas. But rental cars are there for a reason so tips for other parts of the island are also welcome. Do not know if mentioning B&M:s in the thread is against the rules, please PM if that is the case. Any help will be highly appreciated.
  23. This price is not from Sweden but a grey market vendor in Europe. But then again, I have only seen it in one place so far.
  24. Pricing in Europe is slightly over 600 EUR for a box...
  25. One of my favourite artists is Paul Kelly. Wrote a beautifol about Bradman. What is your fauvorite song from Kelly?
