  1. This is by far my favorite video and discussion topic to date. Living in California I spent the past years smoking what is available in cigar shops here. Have had some great cigars along the way but I wish I had been a believer in the Cuban market sooner. Hands down some of the best cigars on the market. Complexity is where they win, a cigar can only really be considered great when it starts and finishes on two different notes, not the exact same.
  2. I to have been let down by this cigar. By no fault of cohiba though, just the jerk offs that counterfeit them. I was given one by a friend who got some from a friend. Label looked ok but as soon as I lit it up I knew it was a fake. I felt even worse trying to figure out how to tell this poor guy his stash was fake. Should of known it was too good to be true, who gets a handful of these as a gift? Apparently not me and my friend. Oh well!
  3. Great review, thanks. Smoked it for the first time a few days ago, wasn't too impressed. Was waiting for that sweet spot. By no means a bad cigar just not my preference, hopefully it will get better over time.
  4. Just further supports why I fell in love with cc. Thanks for your dedication. Great customer service is hard to come by now a days, and u guys exceed my expectations.
  5. Gonna have to track it down and watch it now. Just bought a handfull of the Opus x lost city stick, which is how I came to learn about the movie. Read a few places that most of the tobacco farm scenes were filmed on Chateau de la Fuente. Also that since the movie was filmed during the off season of growing, Carlito planted some tobacco just for the movie which now after some years of aging has made it into these Lost City Opus x cigars. Just thought I'd share this cool info for those who don't already know.
  6. Wow! Gorgeous pics. Couldn't imagine them any better in my dreams. Living in the states I have yet to risk the trip. These pics are only confirmation that it would totally be worth it.
  7. 'Ignorance is bliss,' has to apply here. My palate is not yet advanced to experience most of these nuances and I hope it never gets there for obvious reasons. Great wheel though.
  8. Don't know why I didn't listen to my friend when he told me how great these two sites were. Man! Have I been missing out. Just got my first order and was I impressed with the customer service and cigar quality, best I have experienced in this business. And this site too much great info. Glad I finally got with the program. Much love from the city of Angels.
