  1. I either roll them slightly bigger giving a better draw or take some of the filler out and roll them the same size (also improving the draw). sometimes i have to sacrifice some length depending on how much binder and wrapper I have to work with.
  2. Punch RS11 with some age.
  3. Try making yourself a cigar press like I did here, makes a big difference. Its what I used to do a few years ago, it requires a bit of patience.
  4. My bad the "Current Special price" is the same as the vintage, so there the same price.
  5. The strange thing is there selling for cheaper than the current production.
  6. Thanks for the review that helped a lot!
  7. i'm half the way though a aged box from rob a year back. trying not to smoke them all, hoping to find something similar.
  8. Thanks for the link Smallclub. I'm a bit confused now from the mixed opinions but being tubes I should probably stay away.

It might take a while for the beads to work but if its been raining and the seal on your humidor isnt the best they might not work.

If you mean your trying to bring down the RH percentage dry out you beads so they can absorb more moisture.

    Now I'm Confused

the beads have nothing to do with the temperature the beads only controll the humidity so theres two separate issues

If you dont have a room with air con then you need something like a wine fridge. You can also freeze your cigars when you get them to kill any eggs, theres a few tutorials on the web about doing this.

At 68-70%RH they should be fine but 65 would be better(for Cubans).

are you talking about humidification pillows? They don't affect the temperature.
  18. Punch Serie D’Oro No 2 LE 2013
  19. thanks for the tips I am wiping them down and placing them in a isolated place in me humidor and keep a close eye. Thats good to know i will give them a call when I get a chance.
  20. yea there's no way I can get a refund on the tax I paied to get it into the country, thats out of there hands. I have no idea if theres a duty to pay if I send them back, I want to avoid sending them back if I can.
  21. really hoping I wont have to take them back.
  22. I'm really hoping to get a refund. apart from the crazy amount of tax I had to pay.
  23. I did send him the same image as I posted here. There is a tiny bit on one of the feet but doesn't really show up on camera, so there's another sign. The box and paper also have that moldy odour and the bottom layer of cigars stuck to the paper but not bad enough to rip the wrapper. It all seems to be white mold, no blue. Another good point you made was mold can grow on the box but bloom wont, there was a small amount. Cheers. Thats what I have done in the past (just wipe it off and forget),
  24. Thats what I have done in the past (just wipe it off and forget), even though its not that bad the seller still thinks its bloom.
  25. If it is bloom, I have never seen that much before. Also they do have a strong damp musky smell that I get with mold.
