  1. I’m smoking a young Ramon Allones Small Club Corona, it’s not out of its sick period yet, I’m getting sassafras cola notes
  2. I was wondering if anyone can help explain to me the current state of affairs in Cuba in regards to Habanos production? It was slow because of the pandemic, are we just screwed because of competition in the market? Are certain foreign markets taking first selection, and leaving other markets depleted? Can someone guess, or say when Habanos will increase production like before, and FOH could restock its store? How does this work? If this in not appropriate please remove this. thanks!
  3. Just had my first aged 2017 H. Upmann PC, I haven’t had an H. Upmann since 1999. Even aged 6 years it was still on the strong side. I could tell it must’ve been a pepper bomb, but has now morphed into something different. Off the fist few draws I got a fruity taste. Then the taste was lightly sweet like chocolate, on the second third it taste like a chocolate bar with bits of gingerbread cookie in it. Also got hints of coconut , and clove. Very enjoyable, very strong. I’m glad I got them. I’m glad I know H. Upmann doesn’t mess around with strength. I can tell this one of those cigars that needed time. Thanks! Happy New year!
  4. If you watch the videos and photos carefully, you’ll see that a lot of H Upmann have double caps
  5. Why? They are legitimate. Everything about the box, and the cigars checks out to be real
  6. I just got a box of 2017 H. Upmann petit coronas, and I didn’t even realize they have been discontinued. I was wondering if they are special? They have really beautiful dark wrappers. Also, I was just curious, it seems that H. Upmann is the only Habanos marca that does double caps on some of their cigars, but not all of them? Thanks
  7. Ramon Allones Small Club Coronas, but next month after I get paid . Thanks
  8. I had complained last year about a box of Hoyo de Monterrey. They were expensive, and just didn’t seem right. After almost one year of acclimation I started reducing the humidity, and they smoke a lot better now. I couldn’t hit the sweet spot until I reduced the humidity a little bit well after acclamation. They are much better now. Now spring is upon us and the weather is just perfect. Thought I would mention that. Thanks!
