  1. This Humidor is specially made to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Cohiba brand. Only 50 humidors were made. Each humidor has 50 Grandiosos cigars (60x178). Each cigar is individually numbered. The Humidor is made from mahogany wood. The front of humidor is covered by tobacco leaves then 24 carat gold-plated. Humidor comes with Habanos SA's Certificate of Authenticity, opal ashtray, travel humidor, cedar woods and app for smartphone to display Humidor's humidity plus temperature readings.
  2. Agreed to previous majority reviews of past "Anejados" that disapoointment which follows with such price tags. But (and this is a big BUT), I've smoked these Partagas Corona Gorda Anjejados and they are truly fantastic, its aroma and tastes are nothing equal of current Partagas regulars. I keep reaching for my 2nd, 3rd..... after smoking one. But to do it real justice, when after arrived, let them lie down for a few days, the smokes are much improved! in my humble opinion, this is a winner, especially for a fair price! Rob, please put me down for 5 boxes!
  3. This is a beautifully hand-crafted replica Partagas Trunk Humidor. It contains 48 Geniales (52x140, Robusto Extra).
  4. Do not mean to pour cold water over your enthusiam but mine were acquired at least 5 years ago. Even though back then, the Partagas Lonsdales 50s cabinet was dirt cheap but back then, the Punch SS2 already costed me more than a pretty penny!
  5. How I missed those discontinued fews! Like the old saying, "They don't make them like they used to" is absolutely true! My fairest advice is if you see them, just close your eyes and buy them. Unless they are ruined, they can be brought back into the right condition by lots of tender care! The pics are '00 Punch Super Selection No.2, '00 Bolivar Churchill A/T, '01 Saint Luis rey Churchill A/T, '00 Partagas Lonsdales. Oh, how I love all the lonsdale vitola...Bolivar, El Rey del Mundo, Saint Luis Rey, Upmann, etc..... Btw, the ERDM Gran Coronas has a very special flavor in addition of the classic ERDM tastes!
  6. This new Regional Edition is to commemorate 400th Anniversary of the first Japanese Samauri visit to Cuba. One can found the same image of Samauri (packaging) in bronze statue standing in the midst of Havana's Plaza de San Francisco. In addition to its fancy packaging, the cigar is more interesting than the regular Diplomatico No.2! Vitola is No.109 and measures 50x184.
  7. These beautiful "El Padino" cigars were specially prepared by the famous Robaina Family at their farm in 2009. Inner fillers were aged 2 years before rolled. The size is called Super Double Coronas.
  8. With some luck, I managed to pickup a few cigar goodies along the way.
  9. To me, one of the most rewarding experience being a cigar lover is to be able to meet great guys around the world who not only shares the same passion to cigar hobby, but more often, these fellow aficionados are truly friendly, generous (time spent) and genuinely helpful in every endeavors. In February, I was there in Frankfurt attending the Ambiente and some business meetings while emailed the famous Flying Cigar, Mr. Nino. Fortunate for me, he was not flying around so we arranged to meet up. Flyingcigar, Nino took me walking around town of Frankfurt. It was very historical and indeed interesting. Old Mercedes Benz showroom, Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof (housed the best cigar lounge in town, Cigarrum), EU Central Bank, River Main, Old town of Frankfurt (new buildings were once bomb-sites), his favorite restaurant (Central patio allows smoking), German cider drinks, Opera House, Meyer Store & Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Thanks to him, we enjoyed a most pleasant afternoon together, smoking cigars and talking about Havana, mutual friends and matters in general. I am very pleased that Nino was happy with a cigar gift I brought him. There is no other way I can thank a fellow aficionado for taking his time & heart to spend such a great afternoon with me (stranger in town). What a great guy!

  20. One of the rarest Cuban cigar! Named after WWI French Prime Minister George Clemenceaus. Stop production in 1980s.
