I am a former cigarrete smoker who quit using ecigs now 5 years ago.
After quitting cigarretes I was fine for about 18 months and then the anxiety and panic attacks set in.
Somthing inside of me I had to try something else.
I have quit the ecigs and now use snuff and snus. Smoke a pipe once a day and have been smoking cigars for the last year.
My favourtie NC are Padron, Arturo Fuente and Camacho Crillo.
My favourite CC are the Montecristo No. 4 and RASCC.
Looks like there's lots of reading to do, so I will get to it.
