It's all in how the situation was handled.
All companies and people are going to make mistakes, but when they refuse to accept that fact and start blaming everything else, then that's where their true colors start to show. Not once did they accept the responsibility of this damaged and defective product.
They argued with me over it and drug it out entirely too long causing nothing but resentment on my part. I was in total disbelief that this was actually happening in this manner. This situation should have been handled by day #2 at the latest.
It's a very poor way for any company to do business.
What a nightmare. It seems crazy how something that damaged, which is obvious from all your photos, was shipped to you and then disputed by Raching. Not good at all. The company should have immediately picked it up and shipped you a new one. Even if it did leave the factory in China in perfect condition and was then damaged in their US warehouse and re-packaged it is still the responsibility of Raching Global in China, whom you purchased from to deal with you professionally and respectfully, especially for a high-end product like this.
I recently purchased a Raching MON2800A too thru a US dealer and the unit was delivered in pristine condition, fortunately. I have found their tech support great when I had a couple small issues, but I never dealt with Raching sales directly.
Sorry to hear this happened to you sir. I hate to hear stories like this.
