I have tried my darndest with bogus calls from "Jimmy Wong from Hong Kong" and "Nguyen from Indonesisa" Jimmy Wong from Hong Kong went well until he cottoned on 8 minutes in to the giggling Love you Smithy

Turn around time directly decreases total orders in a year. Expanding the order doesn't help because there's a one box per day limit. So, turn around orders as quickly as possible.

Obviously, you don't need the advice that Rob is soliciting for you. The threat of a work stoppage under the circumstances is spot on. And while you're at it, demand a raise. We KNOW Rob can't function in Lisa's role.

Do a review of recent production of all three Sancho Panza vitolas (one for each bottle of wine). Rob has recently stated that your palate is far superior to his and this research would be priceless!
