TanT Posted Saturday at 03:29 AM Posted Saturday at 03:29 AM Hello all, nice to virtually meet you. I'm only an occasional cigar enjoyer, and I've largely given up on social media, but my spouse suggested I should at least poke my nose into the board and say hi. For me a cigar creates a quiet, focused time and space to relax, which is a rare treat these days. Bourbon is my pairing of choice for most New World cigars, coffee or tea for Cubans. How about you? 1
JohnS Posted Saturday at 04:29 AM Posted Saturday at 04:29 AM Those are nice choices to accompany a cigar. Welcome to FoH!
B44 Posted yesterday at 03:38 AM Posted yesterday at 03:38 AM Welcome to FoH! What bourbons are you pouring?
Chibearsv Posted yesterday at 05:32 PM Posted yesterday at 05:32 PM Welcome to FOH! Black coffee or black tea for me as well. Try a citrus beverage too. I'm partial to Fresca.

There's quite a bit of Elijah Craig barrel proof in house, and some of those batches (not all to my palate) are fairly tasty, but I prefer Booker's or Angel's Envy. Barrel proof is a bit hot for me to enjoy with all but the most robust of cigars. 13 hours ago, Chibearsv said: Welcome to FOH! Black coffee or black tea for me as well. Try a citrus beverage too. If Fresca makes a diet version, might see about trying a pairing.

So many batches recently it’s hard to keep track, but I have my eyes open for an Infinite or Little Book to diversify.
