So apparently, the secret to passive income is to find an abandoned /  dilapidated cigar factory, discover a trove of magic molds, rub them, cigar genie pops out and gives you three wishes of which of course you say "I want to be Habanos/Padron and Arturo Fuente" combined. Genie of course says "we can't afford habanos" and you say "fine, just give me the other two and keep the change". 

Bam! you are in the passive income cigar business!!!!!
