El Presidente Posted June 25 Posted June 25 EAR= Email Assistance Required "I’ve finally carved out a cigar budget of $250 a month. It’s not quite enough (is it ever?), but with family commitments and the rising price of Cubans, I’m just happy to have a little cigar cash at all. I typically smoke 4 cigars a week, and I’m partial to Corona Gorda through to Churchill sizes. I’d love to include some Cubans in the rotation, but I also need the rest of my lineup to punch above its price point. Rob how would you allocate the funds? " Well FOH gurus....Suggestions? ......and make sure to show us the math! Looking forward to seeing the ultimate $250 USD pack
Chas.Alpha Posted June 25 Posted June 25 I’m still a fan of the AF Hemingway series. Or with budgetary considerations he could cut down to 1 cigar a week and tell his wife that he is making this MAJOR concession in order to spend more quality time with her and the family. He should now be able to skimp on the obligatory Valentine Day flowers, birthday, anniversary, Christmas gifts and increase the available funds. 4
Çnote Posted June 25 Posted June 25 Flat truth, unless you are buying bulk disco over state lines, Fab5 in your chosen sizes is the way to go. ~$250 a month is a bundle of something. After four months, save into a box of CC that makes sense for you. Repeat endlessly. 4

cnov Posted June 26 Posted June 26 Get some friends into the hobby would be my suggestion. Box splits would be the way to go, unfortunately getting friends into cigars is now an expensive game but an investment in the long run, especially if they actually transfer the money for the box split. 1
