LordAnubis Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 With the recent post of Pres about your changed smoking habits. The overwhelming statement was everyone’s holding their cohiba and trini. My question is what you all holding them for? Holding full box for flipping? Holding partial boxes for special smokes? Me personally I never reached for them much to begin with. But I will be smoking what I have. Won’t be buying more.

No hurry. III, IV, V, VI, Lancero. I will sell the rest to fund Punch Punch/46/JLS1/JLS2/PLPC etal.

Thats the spirit. ,👍🏻 I sold some Trinidad on Bond Roberts and some other bits and pieces only because I have multiple boxes and it is fun. See you with Cohiba at our next catch up. Lets smoke the faaaarkin lot ...yours and mine 😎🌴
Popular Post Fuzz Posted January 17, 2023 Popular Post Posted January 17, 2023 Hoard? Yes. Smoke? Yes. Flip? Hell, no! They are for my friends and I to enjoy. 8
KCCubano Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 My plan is to age the full boxes I have much longer than I would have in the past. No dipping in for several years. I am smoking out of a box of Coro, Sig 1 and Reyes
ha_banos Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 I never got round to stocking up on C/T. Limited on space and went a bit various. I did get a couple of boxes of talisman one to smoke one to sell on. Now I just want to be rid of them both. Darn things. Anyone want them at a horrendous price. Get in touch 🤣 1
anacostiakat Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 Have at least one box of each size of Cohiba. Don't have many Trini's as I never went for them in a big way. Why am I holding them? Just to age. No flippin' flipping! And as I am ageing out myself I'll be getting to them one day.
Ford2112 Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 I have a very few Fundies, some Vigia . The La Trovas I have are for some special occasion. I have half a Bic of good CoRo and Siglo Ii. The single Cohibas I have are Siglo 6,Espies,3 Behikes and some other special ones. I will not be buying any more other than a La Trova or 2 if I get lucky. Too bad because I love a good Reyes. Im a smoker not a flipper.
cigaraholic Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 I did use the excuse one drunken evening to buy a box of Talisman, smoke 5 and later sell 5 to get my $500 back. Haven’t smoked one yet, or sold any. I bought my cigars to smoke, but I am having a hard time looking at a box of BHK 56 and not wanting to turn them into 4 cabs of RASS. 1
RDB Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 I’ve slowed right down, but I expect to smoke the lot, or maybe trade a few for other rarities. Can’t see myself buying a full box of Cohibas ever again, so I’m just trying to make them last a good long while.
Corylax18 Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 I never smoked a lot of either. I have less than a box of Cohiba, total, spread across all Vitolas. So I never smoked many and that wont change. I will smoke all 20 or so that I have eventually. Its a little different with Trinidad. I have boxes and boxes of Coloniales and Fundadores. I love both, I'll probably never buy another single stick of each. So I have slowed down my consumption slightly in the hopes that I can stretch our my current stock for a few more years. Its like ammo during the pandemic, I'm still smoking them, just not as many. 2
