That's what I'm talking about. Making everything from scratch. No processed anything, you know exactly what's in it. I love food that is so pure like that.

melted brown sugar with a touch of clove (less than half what I would normally do on a centerpiece ham) on a hickory smoked from MO's champ Burger's Smokehouse.  I like contrast in the sandwich to reflect the various cultural influences.  I went all in on this sandwich, so a bit disappointed but I guess a bronze is respectable given how many I have sampled.  La Segunda Bakery in Tampa get my bow.
