Partagas Shorts - SOR DIC 19 (OYMRW)

I generally go for shorter cigars, so this review week is right in my wheelhouse. 80% of what I’m currently smoking is PC sized and smaller - partly because of the time I have on weeknights to enjoy a cigar, and partly because everything larger I’m giving a bit more time to age and enjoy.  Usually a minuto will last me anywhere from 45-60 minutes, this example came in at 50 minutes.  
 

Party shorts are my go to stick - super consistent, and rarely any construction issues for me. Core flavor typical of Partagas - leather, cedar, paprika.  Not much evolution or complexity, but some hints of toasted sesame/nuttyness comes through here and there.  Of the five box codes I have, these aren’t the cream of the crop, but they’re not that far back.  A staple from my humidor, something I’ll always be on the lookout to add more of.
