BBF PTG May 20 ( VVRW#2)

This is a box I got from our host. These have been resting since Christmas Eve. The aroma at cold is pure barnyard, you know this is Cuban tobacco when you smell it. The first third is very earthy. Middle third I start getting spice and leather. Final third is full body and coco with that creamy stout richness. I think these need some more time down to shine, maybe another year, overall a 91 .

About the same as you describe. Not a whole lot of dimension yet. Needs to set for some time still.

I'm letting my feb 20 Cab sit for while. It started off amazing, but it's regressed. I'm sure they'll be brilliant with a little downtime!

I was skeptical but I'm starting to become a believer of the sick period... I had a RASCC 2 weeks after delivery and it was fantastic. Then I had a few after 1and1/2, 2 and 3 months that were not great. Now the last one I had at the 4 month mark was quite good but still not like that first. Curious to see if at some point with more aging I get another stick like that first one!
