Any Portland Oregon members help please

Hi all, I have run into a problem with some packages which have been sent to an incorrect address in Portland Oregon. Supposed to have gone to a forwarding company which is no longer at this address. Have tried contacting the post office there to have the parcels retrieved. Would anyone be able to offer some advice or assistance please. Would certainly be most appreciated and will happily send some cigars in return.
