benfica_77 Posted October 4, 2019 Posted October 4, 2019 Hey everyone please vote on your favourite Trinidad. It will represent Trinidad in the FOH cigar tournament. Voting will close October 11th. For more details about the tournament please visit the link below.
cfc1016 Posted October 4, 2019 Posted October 4, 2019 This is great. I love voting just as you post it. I get to feel like my opinion is popular for a split second before being reminded how few people share my tastes ?

Sadly not a regular production cigar...the reason the Topes was deemed eligible because it has been brought back in 2019 as a regular production cigar. I could include the esmeralda and medio luna since they have been added in 2019 as regular production Trinidad but they have not been made to the general public from my understanding so I didn't see the point in adding them.

SLR DC's? so i can see them ruled out for the fact that in practice, they probably are not "regular". but then we should rule out quite a few others.

I have been using this website as a reference point and then fact checking anything I am second guessing on the web. https://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/brand/trinidad

benfica_77 Posted October 6, 2019 Author Posted October 6, 2019 Curious to get everyone's thoughts on the Coloniales, clearly not a lot of love.....Personally the vigia and reyes are too short of a cigar and the Fundies are too long for most cigar sessions for me.

I enjoy them. I find they have the strongest profile in the marca. Tasting notes of coffee grounds! Dark chocolate and earth. Id grab boxes if I could find them easily. 1
benfica_77 Posted October 8, 2019 Author Posted October 8, 2019 Thanks for the info on the coloniales. Yea they are not easy to find for a regular production cigar.
