A Monday work lunchtime stick. Haven't had one for a few months now, time to try the box out again.

Sweet honey/floral on the cold draw

First third the honey is coming through strong and there is a light spice on the lips.

Into the 2nd third and there are some citrus notes the sweetness of honey still playing in and a nice cedar. This is feeling much better than my previous one from this box and has a slight creaminess underlying there for me. The spice comes back again at the end of the 2nd third, and blends well. Really impressed with the ash nice light white colour. 

Final third as mentioned the spice has picked up now and a dark cocoa taste comes in. Smoke content has a pleasing volume to it and a leathery feel coming along with it.

I managed to smoke this for 35 minutes and enjoyed it greatly, fingers were feeling a bit of burn and had to put it down. This has been the best one out of my box thus far. Hope they all continue on this evolution.

Sounds like a great stick. I am always amazed at the complexity in something so small, and it's one of my favourites. They just get better and better with age. Let's hope they don't cut these, though I haven't seen any boxes later than March 18.
