How to remove the first cigar of a box?

Usually just pull gently on a band with fingertip to roll one out, usually can get one to come out easily, a few times I've had to resort to drastic measures...

I use this on the larger ring gauges...

for them dress boxes, Id just set the whole thing on fire and puff the smoke it sets off, too much work to take just one out. Isnt that how youre supposed to do it?

Dump some on yer hand upside down, grab one, and put the rest back turning the box back.

This continued damage to a foot you are going to light on fire is a no brainer to me.

Gee whiz I just like lighting up and goin' into heaven. How elegant is that?
