MoeFOH Posted November 1, 2018 Posted November 1, 2018 A fantastic new article from Ken, in a new condensed format for Kenfessions, where he road-tests the much anticipated Louis Roederer Cristal 2008, pairing it with a Paratags D4. I'm sure Ken would argue that his job isn't all it's cracked up to be, but articles like this one make you sit back and ponder that he just might have the best job in the world... You be the judge. In any case, it's a great read... Enjoy! Click here to read the article. 2

Source wine; comparison shop; fret about price; worry about provenance; gird our loins and purchase (ie. spend all that pay); wonder about shipping; grit our teeth about taxes; tinker with storage options; find an occasion to open bottle; try to get the serving conditions just right 4. Drink wine. Ahhhh. You just skip Step 3. You're a disruptor.

You're a disruptor. there is some degree of truth in that i skip 3. but a lot of the stuff i really love, i have to fork out for. the real problem is that i skip 2.
