Average about 5 sticks a week to sometimes once a day.

On rare weeks where I find myself having 2-3 sticks per day or around 10 sticks a week, I'll cut back completely for a week or two just to rest the palate and the throat (and the wallet)

I smoked cigars excessively from 1998 until 2003. I owned a bar next to a cigar shop which I used as my personal office. I was smoking 3-5/day. I closed my bar in 2003 and stopped cigars totally. I’ve maintained my humidor since then, caring for all the cigars I purchased. Then one random day this year, after losing my father, my interest reawakened. Weird how sometimes a passion can just go away. Luckily, I did maintain my stock and now I have a lot of very, very old Padrons (Millenniums) and Opus.

My year is roughly split between seven month spend on board a yacht for work and five month at home with the fam.

If the owner is not on board I smoke after work pretty much every day in some Cafe or bar, easy 10 sticks a week.

When at home I might only have a chance to smoke one cigar a week. But I don’t mind, like so many of you, I don’t like to rush it and rather wait for the right time to sit back and relax. Family time is so much more important! And while away from home I can smoke as much as I want anyways, so no reason to offend the wife while at home?

I have from time to time taken a break. Usually after I have one that’s supper strong and my body is telling me to stay away I’m out for about a month.

Although it would sound differently from the definition of cigar break on the FOH, I personally puff one occasional cigar (any sizes) per month (sometimes two months, etc but never less than one month) after finishing the necessary tasks since I regard cigar break as one of the most tranquillising moments (night time is preferable) which makes me think I should puff cigars after work (and they are special to me so I would like to make it something more special) :).

P.S. I myself never tried cigarette even once like Ken and hate them as it reminds me the smell of ammonia in the lab which I really do not like (and cigarettes are just the addictive fast food version of tobacco to me which I am not amused with) compared to cigars.
