smokeyjoe01 Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 Hello FOH BoTL (& Sisters!) I'm a newcomer to cigars, a year ago. I quit cigarettes in 2007 when the public smoking ban came in to effect in The UK. 1st cigar I had was at an ex girlfriends for Christmas in 1996. Her Dad generously offered me a cigar to smoke after lunch. I was a cigarette smoker back then & didn't get it. 19 years later in Las Vegas after a drive thru type wedding i came round to the cigar way of enjoying tobacco as a way to celebrate. As it happens the marriage lasted 3 months but my passion for cigars survived! Currently smoking a Ramon Allones cabinet selection Corona from 2000 Cheers James Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
NCPANTHERZFAN Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 Welcome aboard Joe! I to am a reformed cigarette smoker. Quit in 2011. Cigars are not cigarettes. It's an experience and an attitude. Cigarettes were a 5 minute break while cigars are a time relax, take an hour or so to you self or with great friends to push the pause button on this hectic life. Totally changed the way I view tobacco.
