Oliva Masters blend 3, Oliva V maduro, Opus X. These are almost always first rate for construction and I enjoy the taste quite a bit. Davidoff Special R used to be one of my favorite cigars (still really good). Mild and great in the morning with a cup of Joe.

Padron '26, '64 is great for construction but can be harsh IMO. I have had a few stellar ones though.

Liga Privada are okay but pretty one dimensional. Out of all the ones I've tried I have enjoyed the Undercrown and Flying Feral Pig. Didn't like the LP9 or T52(which most fans of the line seem to consider the best).

Have not had too much experience with Tats but most NC fans I know LOVE them. The few I've had have been just okay or bad. Stay away from the gimmicky Tat monsters (again just my opinion) as the ones I've tried have been terrible. On the spin off brand NHC, I actually quite enjoyed the one Lance I had.

DPG Blue are pretty tasty too.

Good luck!

Here are my recommendations:

Padron 1926 Natural or Maduro (Natural is a little better)

Padron 1964 Natural or Maduro

San Lotano Oval (one of the best non-Cubans I have ever had!)

Flor de las Antillas

There are just so many non-Cuban cigars you have to get advice.

Not a Tat fan here, however the Petite Cazadores Reserva is a must.

I always have them around for a quick smoke. They don't fit your

preferred size, yet it's one of the most flavorful non cc's out there.

That might be the product of the paint fumes from the black dye Macanudo applies on the wrapper affecting your brain.

Thanks!

Oliva Serie V Liga Especial is a good line to try. In fact, I'm having one right now, a Churchill Extra.

Goes well with malt too.

That looks like one great, mouth watering smoke!

My recommendations Is the following;

Try ANY high end N.C.'s and you will look for a peso cigar, every time.

I guess this is a lesson i'm going to have to learn the hard way. lol3.gif

If I could afford it I'd have a plentiful supply of Padron 1926 #2's...but man aren't they expensive. If you can't find them at decent prices over in Israel sure somebody could order a box from the US and just ship it over, not sure how customs are over there.

Camacho corojo Churchill and Padron 7000 maduro.

In the robusto size which is my favorite I would recommend the four kicks or the Herrera Esteli. Or any thing tatuaje great NC sticks.

I really enjoy the Regius Black Label line of cigars. Really smooth and well balanced with some very good Nicaraguan tobacco flavours. Tatuaje are very good but a bit pricey. Padrons are very good as well but I'd rather buy CCs instead at the prices they want for their high end stuff.

My recommendation for your NC's........sell them, sell all you have, and go deep on your favorite CC's!!!

Shalom!

(in no order)

Alec Bradley Prensado

Liga Privada 9 and T52

and... many of the others already mentioned.

I would also give honorable mention to the La Aroma de Cuba Monarch or any of them. They are from Nicaragua, not expensive and enjoyable.
