negncic Posted May 9, 2012 Posted May 9, 2012 I just returned home after a week long golfing/smoking/drinking trip with my buddies. It was a tough week for weight loss but I have to live a little also. I'm down to 116.

CBL Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 After a week of dieting I just weighed myself in at 77kg! I doubt I'll be able to keep it at 77, but as long as I don't go over 80 I'll be pretty happy.

sighuber Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 93.5kg Despite being very strict about calorie intake and running 5 days a week, I hit a plateau for several weeks. Its just starting to come off again.

Dimmers Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 down to 119kg ( jesus!!!) from 130kg a few mnths back and sticking to paleo diet and exercise regime (with a few cigars and beverages thrown in for good measure)
benjaminbbush Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 I am still at 220 lbs. Same as last month. So I am out of running for the win but chearing on those that have made some changes in their lives and prospering from it.
