Apologies lads but have been away for much of this month.

Let's have the May Weigh in for all in the Fat Bastard Competition between now and Monday the 14th. We will then defer the last weigh in until the final June weigh in.

Jump on those scales and let us know how you are going! biggrin.gif

134 kg sadly... move in wrong direction. too much celebration and fine eating over the last couple of weeks... was back on track well this week though

77.0 kgs. A couple of tough weeks with business trips (late dinners and beer) ruined this weigh-in. But still down a little.

Moving backwards here: 81.2 kg (unfortunately).

Best,

Michel

I just returned home after a week long golfing/smoking/drinking trip with my buddies. It was a tough week for weight loss but I have to live a little also. I'm down to 116.

I put on 2 Kilos in HK. 2 Kilos in 4 days :lookaround:

Back having the shoulder to the wheel.

After a week of dieting I just weighed myself in at 77kg! I doubt I'll be able to keep it at 77, but as long as I don't go over 80 I'll be pretty happy.

127.2. Going pretty well so far. Hitting the gym 5 days a week and eating healthier. Loving it! More energy than I've had in years.

Thanks Rob.

Despite being very strict about calorie intake and running 5 days a week, I hit a plateau for several weeks. Its just starting to come off again.
