Reminds me fondly of my memories working out in the bush! Since it's so hot one would leave the windows of your cessna ajar to get some air, never thought bout a snake getting in!
Nino Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Reminds me fondly of 35 years flying - Used to have 420 "snakes" on a 747, but they behaved alright once you made a PA announcement : "Shut Up, Sit Down and ... fasten your seatbelts " ....
Ken Gargett Posted April 6, 2012 Posted April 6, 2012 that report was much more detailed than what we saw here. here, no mention at all re possible type of snake and whether venemous or not. if it was a golden tree snake, most of us would have crapped ourselves as not that different from a brown, in looks, which is extremely poisonous. or perhaps the ranger was taking the piss as asian golden tree snakes, not found here, are actually "flying snakes" - in that they can glide from tree to tree like flying possums and sugar-tailed gliders. i gather the plane is grounded till the find it.
