sactochris Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 Do we have many EPL fans here on F.O.H.? Which team do you support? I'm a Chelsea man myself. If your team plays in the Championship, or in League 1 or 2, go ahead and give them a shout out as well. I just love my football English style.
CaptainQuintero Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 I watch nearly all the games but don't support one team really, I'll watch anyone who can play good football. So I haven't watched Liverpool for over a decade
tinknocker924 Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 I watch more football from spains la liga but I'm really enjoying watching tottenham hotspurs rite now they are on an awesome winning streak
asudevil08 Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 LIverpool fan here - Certain years above others...
Jason Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 25 years a Milan fan here but if I watch the prem I watch whoever's in form, has Amuricans playing, and I've always had a soft spot, and many friends for, United
david9985 Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 Newcastle United. I used to be a season ticket holder. Now that I live in Northern Ireland I get to about 4 games a season.
Cohiba Stevie Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 Newcastle United. I used to be a season ticket holder. Now that I live in Northern Ireland I get to about 4 games a season. Where in northern ireland are you living? Im in belfast myself. Im a tottenham fan also.
khomeinist Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 Tottenham Hotspur. Used to live in North London and go to White Hart Lane. Am enjoying the current squad immensely after years of mediocrity.
riazp Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 Southend United! 2nd in the League 2 tables, we might be up for a promotion! as for premier league squads i've always been a liverpool guy...I dont knwo why I grew up in Essex! Oh well.
mazolaman Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 Cool, nice to here from the British diaspora! (or at least those with a connection). Carlisle United, very unglamorous, but, your born where your born. We're doing well lately.
Matt Day Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 I am an Everton fan but living in south wales I see more games as a neutral these days mainly Yeovil Cheltenham ro Swansea if I can get the tickets but still see Everton a few times a year mainly away games due to the price of tickets transport etc Though I must admit I find the premiership boring as a competition these days due to the predictability on whose going to win stuff so find watching the Lower leagues more exiting
LLC Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 I don't follow a particular team but there are quite a few teams I will watch if they are playing.
Hugomarink Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Tottenham fan here. Lived in London in the early '70s when I was a kid and became a fan. My brother went with Arsenal. Tottenham has been doing quite well the past few years, and look especially good this year.
Ken Gargett Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 i'd like to confess to the gunners but after those jelly-booted wannabees showed no spine aghainst swansea, i'm almost embarrassed. great to see henri back, albeit briefly. and for anyone who needs reminded, take a gawk at this. the backfooter near the end might be the most amazing goal i've seen. http://www.premierleague.com/en-gb/photos-and-videos/videos/cult-hero-thierry-henry.html
CaptainQuintero Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Loving watching Swansea this year, they are third in the league for most number of passes made and highest completation rate
david9985 Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Can't work out how to quote on this! Stevie, I'm in Antrim mate. Nice to know there are at least 2 of us! Couldn't agree more with your comments about Miss Moran's the other day. I've only gone in once and the attitude of the geezer in there was enough to mean I've never wanted to return. Mostly buying my cigars online but sometimes in Dublin or in Newcastle when I'm over for a match.
El Presidente Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Man City Fan for 20+ .....long...years My So Ben has taken after the Sky Blue as well. Smithy is a passionate Liverpool Fan. Lisa and Frank are Tottenham
sactochris Posted January 20, 2012 Author Posted January 20, 2012 In a couple of more weeks the table should be pretty well sorted out. Some big matches are on the horizon. Lot's of good footy coming our way soon.
