Where are the cigar bands and litho for the dress boxes printed for Habanos?

Although I have been into Habanos since around 2007, I have tried to find out where the Cuban cigar bands and the ornate papers for the dress boxes are printed. In Cuba? Another country? Can't seem to find the answers on the net.

And I'd add to this - where can they be purchased? (for framing, not counterfeiting )
