Need your help about Bolivar Gold Medals

Boys I have a client who has got a box of Bolivar Gold Medals from 2008 (on the left) and got another box from 2009 (right ) .... there seems to be a difference in the Gold paper , have anyone else seen this (bought boxes are purchased from authorized dealers)

Let me know if you have seen the same thing as I was unable to help since we have yet seen any 2009 boxes

There is another thread that addresses the same issue. Both legit and newer band has Cuba on the bottom part of the band.

I prefer the older foil wrapper myself

I think they had supply problems with the old foil which forced the switch.
