  1. The recent RAS forum topic made me recall I had a couple left from an average performing box. This one is above average. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. CSCO Habano XX Lancero superior in all regards. These guys truly understand the palette of CC lovers (and I think that we also open up the wallet for significantly aged tobacco). But I have yet to be let down by any of their offerings Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. This one goes out to everybody else who had to cram 5 days of work into 4 with extra BS on top. Badly needed 2018 PE easing me back into normal…good weekend to you all! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Starting Memorial Day weekend way early and settling into relaxation mode… went from late coffee to 1.5hr workout and now a mid day RG Perlas Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. [emoji1666] every little lift up helps. Appreciate it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I am a week away from the 3yr mark of my father passing away relatively young like yours so this post really hits home. It was like the fabric of the entire universe had been torn, so feel for you. Hope you continue to do these small celebrations frequently over this next year and keep strong. Buy a box of whatever to dedicate the time to remember like this—you’re doing it right. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  7. I’m rolling in that Cohiba tax bracket baby…for 1.25 hrs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Trying to sneak in a fresh D6 from 24:24 before our chance of rain. Polishing off some Frogs Leap Heritage Blend and been watching Bosch Legacy so his jazz playlist it is… Happy weekend to you Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Fortunate to have stacked up a few boxes of MAR Vigia about a year ago before the mania/supply crunch. Twang and doughnut….. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Padron family reserve and kicking off a new bottle of Springbank 15 with some Frank Morgan to relax in the background… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. This du depute is really switched on! Excited because it’s the first from a new slb. Firm draw and construction are dragging out the enjoyment of sweet cream, soft wood, tiny bit of twang Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Got near full boxes of II, IV, Medio, MAR CoRo+Panetelas. Few CCEs and Laguito VIs…think these will have to last me the rest of my life—could be worse. Would probably only pop for CoLa at some point when a bonus comes in since my favorite vitola Its fine HSA wants their $$. I respect that. But part of me also wants this to become a Gurkha circus for them. Same feeling seeing a teenage bro on IG posing next to their Ferrari and chuckling that it probably crashed 5 minutes later… Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  13. Can anyone comment generally on experience with Cuban Seed Cigar Company cigars, or provide recommendations on any that stood out to you? Also curious on price/value Thanks Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. Similar situation for me. During lockdown having time to sample all the great quality of the 19-20s + seeing what was going on with prices on BR I said to myself we are going deep on inventory (relative to my collection size) So I probably ended up buying around 30 boxes extra earmarked for trading. If this mania and supply constraint persist too long those will become my vintage collection to pull from for years to come Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Red Dawn has been on the brain lately due to current news cycle. Probably makes my personal top 20. Thought Chuck Norris or Steve Segal would have had some mention if JCVD makes the cut Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  16. Depute on another level too these past couple years, really riding that 19-21 wave so well. Been happy to gobble these up with so many promotions out there. Think they’ll be amazing in 3-5 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. No joke! I am a slow one with DCs in 2+ hr range. This thing I will have to pre-schedule with my wife even on a weekend because I might have to check out for 3ish. Targeting Memorial Day weekend Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. SLR Herfing. Some intermittent complex notes on top typical SLR profile like roasted peanuts, cherry, lemon zest. C- lopsided bunching was a minor headache. Callejon Habana vol 2 street music remedied that Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Thanks! Thinking my CA sub lapsed then. Liking your description! Found a single coffin, en route. Will report back too Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Like many things it cuts both ways and eventually the BOTL karma evens out. I have traded/sold stuff with age lately that I know I “lost out” in given todays mania+supply constraint. That courtesy came back to me too. Recently got my grail cab of ManTua. Had to get down on my knees and the other party used no lube. I too am not as “nice” with ERs/ELs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Curious if anyone here has had one of these and can provide some feedback? Not much out there as far as reviews other than a mention of high CA rating back in some day. For me Illusione Epernay is quite cubanesque however my only experience is with their Robusto and petite lancero. Have never had an “A” size anything but always wanted to —Montes seem like white buffalo so I thought of this 9.25 X 49 beast while I continue to chase those Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Foursquare+agricoles are the only options I am aware of that dont add sugar and provide a good amount of transparency into their process that somewhat assures me other corners aren’t cut when it comes to getting a ‘clean’ product by way of traditional methods. Similar to scotch, would also be curious about verifying no coloring, filtration that may detract for overall experience too…but I haven’t gone there yet. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  23. Enjoy armagnac since its a bit more rustic to me and the layers of flavors are easier to discern on my palette. Very partial to Delord offerings since I know/trust the rigor in their production processes — the price to value you get on their 25 or 30 yr is extraordinary when you compare against whiskies Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  24. UEB 2017 Mag 50 from a box that’s switched on right now. Kilchoman has officially become my favorite Islay. Their sherried offerings are really top shelf worthy. This one is a special selection from a scraped, toasted recharred red wine barrel that’s just as great. Made some hoppin john with a burger on the grill. Followed up with a Du Depute. Great evening. Happy weekend! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
